Cris Cab estrena hoy su nueva colaboración junto a J Balvin "Just Wanna Love You"

Miami, FL (14 de septiembre de 2018) – CRIS CAB es el artista de Miami que nunca olvidarás: su hit en el 2014 “Liar Liar” junto a su reconocido mentor Pharrell Williams, recorrió el mundo entero y convirtió al artista americano con raíces cubanas en una super estrella de la noche a la mañana. En territorios tales como Francia, Israel, Italia y Alemania, la canción se volvió un hit. “Liar Liar” logró posicionarse en Global Airplay Charts: #9, y también estar en el Top 10 del mismo en más de 42 países. Cris no solo fue el opening act en el tour de Pharrell “Dear Girl”, sino que también se presentó en una serie de eventos exclusivos, incluyendo la ceremonia de inauguración del presidente de Francia, Emmanuel Macron.

2018 es el año que Cris regresa con nuevas propuestas musicales. En junio, estrenó el tema “Laurent Perrier” junto a la estrella de música urbana Farruko, demostrando un nuevo camino en cuanto a su estilo de música. Combinando sonidos urbanos con música latina, sin duda alguna hizo que todo el mundo supiera quien es él. “Laurent Perrier” ayudó a que muchos territorios conocieran a Cris, ya que la canción se convirtió en la favorita de muchas fans. Hoy 14 de septiembre, Cris estrena un nuevo éxito mundial “JUST WANNA LOVE YOU”. La canción es un tema urbano-pop que cuenta con la colaboración de nada más y menos que el artista más escuchado del mundo, J Balvin.

J Balvin se consolidó a nivel mundial con su hit “Mi Gente” (más de 700 millones de Spotify streams hasta la fecha) y ha aparecido en múltiples éxitos en los últimos meses, tales como “Familiar” junto a Liam Payne y “X” junto a Nicky Jam. Junto a la aclamada estrella de hip-hop de los Estados Unidos, Cardi B, llegó puesto #1 de Billboard en los Estados Unidos con “I Like It”.

La colaboración entre Cris y J Balvin se da ya que llevan muchos años siendo grandes amigos, mucho antes del éxito de Balvin en Estados Unidos y Europa. Cris le mostró “Just Wanna Love You” a Balvin preguntándole su opinión, y a este le gustó tanto que quiso cantarla con él. Miami, FL (September 14, 2018) – CRIS CAB is that one guy hailing from Miami that you will not forget: his 2014 hit “Liar Liar” which featured his mentor Pharrell Williams, took the American born artist with Cuban descent, from a relatively unknown to a global superstar. The song became hugely successful, especially in territories such as France, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany peaking at Global Airplay Charts: #9 and reaching the Top 10 in 42 countries worldwide. Cris not only toured as Pharrell’s opening act on the Dear GIRL arena tour, but also performed at a number of high profile events including the inauguration ceremony of France’s president Emmanuel Macron.

2018 is the year Cris comes back with a new sound, a new perspective and new music. In June, he released the single “Laurent Perrier” together with Latin hip hop star Farruko which showcased the core of his new musical direction. Today September 14, Cris comes back with “JUST WANNA LOVE YOU”, an infused urban-pop-Latin tune that comes with a world class feature that is sure to bring global attention. None other than world’s most streamed artist, J Balvin, a personal friend of Cab’s.

Balvin has broken through worldwide last year with his hit record “Mi Gente” (more than 700 Mio. Spotify-Streams to date) and has been featured on many mainstream hits in the past few months, including with the likes of Liam Payne “Familiar” and his fellow Latin colleague Nicky Jam “X”. Together with hyped US hip-hop star Cardi B , he even reached the number one spot on the US Billboard Charts with “I Like It”.

The collaboration between Cris and J Balvin comes from a natural origin; both have have known each other for many years, way before Balvin became hugely successful around the world. Cris sent “Just Wanna Love You” to Balvin to ask for his advice and comments. Balvin’s response was to ask if he could join in on the track as a featured artist. Fast forward a few months and now this song now finally gets to see the light of day. The video was shot partly in the South of France, and partly in Miami, the city in which both Cris and J Balvin call home.
