Miami, FL (January 23, 2019) – The Spanish artist who has become a Latin American sensation, ABRAHAM MATEO was recognized with multiple plaques, which certified the high sales of his music in the last few years. The artist was surprised yesterday at his record label, Sony Music Spain.
Throughout the last two years, Abraham has managed to place his music in popularity charts in countries such as USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile among others. The singer-songwriter receives Gold certifications in Spain with his album “Are You Ready”, and Platinum certification with “Who I Am”, on top of a 2x Platinum certification with the single that made him global, “Loco Enamorado”. This same record was Platinum certified in Costa Rica and Gold certified in Colombia.
Starting the year, Abraham Mateo has dominated popularity charts with his most recent album, “A CÁMARA LENTA”, which showcases the best of latin music regarding sales, streams, and radio airplays, where it debuted at the #1 spot in Mexico. These plaques reaffirm the talent of the young Spanish idol.
