Miami, FL (July 29, 2019) – Peru’s top female singer-songwriter, LESLIE SHAW, who has made headlines in recent months due to her catapulted rise to international fame, offered a memorable performance this past Friday alongside singer-songwriter Luis Fonsi. The artists closed off the inaugural ceremony of the 2019 Pan American Games at Lima’s National Stadium, an event that was watched worldwide by over 400 million people.
Leslie Shaw made history in her country when she took the majestic stage as the surprise-guest of the night to perform the international hit single, “Echame La Culpa”.
Leslie wrapped up the successful and glorious weekend by celebrating Peru’s Independence Day with a concert in Lima last night. After her solo performance, she returned to the stage alongside Mau y Ricky to perform “Faldita” for their first time in Perú. Since the release of the song back in March, “Faldita” has broken streaming records in multiple countries across Latin America. Now living in Miami, Leslie is dedicated to creating new music, as well as focused on a tour for 2019.
